Self-Pay: If you are paying out-of-pocket, you would be responsible for the full amount after each session. I would then provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your health insurance provider which may aid in your reimbursement with PPO plans as an out-of-network plans. The details of your reimbursement will be determined by your plan with your insurance carrier and does not guarantee payment. Many plans will reimburse you for some portion of the session fee, but every plan is unique so please contact them about your specific coverage.
Please provide 48-hour advance notice of cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed at a rate of $50.
A sliding scale is available and an estimate of total charges will be given for out-of-network and uninsured clients.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
